Orders and payment

When you place an order through this site, you agree to provide accurate contact and shipping information. Payment methods are limited to invoice and bank transfer, or cash on delivery where available. We do not process online card payments through the website.

Orders are confirmed once payment is received or, for cash on delivery, when the order is dispatched. If we cannot fulfill an order due to stock or other reasons, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped from our location in Surabaya to addresses within Indonesia. Delivery times depend on the destination and the courier service used. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If a shipment does not arrive, contact us at [email protected] with the order reference number so we can investigate. Shipping to locations outside Indonesia is not offered unless previously arranged by contacting us.

Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted for products that arrive damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within seven days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return unless the product was damaged on arrival.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible, or through an alternative arrangement for cash on delivery orders.
